My account was banned, can you transfer my items to another account?

No, we do not transfer any non-transferrable items, especially between alts. We’re sorry, but we’re not responsible for your account or what you do with it.

Can I have a refund?

Sorry,  as the store policy states, we cannot refund products because we do not have a way of determining permanent deletion. Thanks for understanding.

My item wasn’t delivered!

Chances are it was, but it was silently delivered to your inventory into a folder. Check your “Recent Items” tab to see if you got a new folder with the desired product inside. If you’re certain you did not receive it you can send us a notecard with your transaction record included, and we’ll get it to you ASAP.

Please Note: Marketplace transactions sometimes take up to a day, due to the sluggishness of Linden Lab’s servers.  We cannot do anything about this because we are not given any money until the item is delivered to you. If you do not receive it, The Marketplace will automatically credit you back the funds within a certain time period.

On Wishmaster, I have ball of electricity stuck to me and it wont go away!

This occurs when you quickly cast Shock or Bolt without holding down the mouse button for longer than three seconds. It can get confused and stick to you. In order to fix this, simply cast the spell properly, or drag a selection box over this to delete it.

 

If I have the first Wishmaster HUD, will I get WM2 for free?

Yes.

When does WM2 come out?
