Lost an item you've purchased from us?

Don't worry, there are a few ways you can have it re-delivered to your avatar. Visit the Arcanum main store in-world and click on the Delivery Terminal next to the counter. If your purchase is listed, simply click on the 'Deliver' button to have it sent to you immediately.

If you purchased an Arcanum product before December 2013, you may not find it listed on the delivery terminal. If not, please contact us with proof of purchase to get your item re-delivered. You can contact us in-world, on Discord or by filling out the email form below:

Request a Delivery

Your product will be sent via the CasperVend service, which will allow you to redeliver it via our Delivery Terminal in-world should you ever need to again.
